2. This website
This website sets no cookies, uses no tracking or analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers (no web fonts either).
Hosting: The site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the requested address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. I do not analyse access data myself.
Email: If you write to me, I use your address and message only to reply. Mail to kontakt@expertesche.com is forwarded by Cloudflare to my Google (Gmail) inbox.
3. Apps and games – basics
There are no user accounts and no servers of my own. Progress, achievements and settings are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you uninstall. I have no access to them and I do not sell data.
4. Cloud save via Google Play Games
In The House Always Wins, Neon Night Riot, DICERUNNER, Dumpling Dynasty and Eggzotic Weirdlings you can optionally back up your progress with Google Play Games (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to continue after reinstalling or on another device.
- If you sign in, the game receives your Play Games player name and a player ID to show that you are signed in.
- Your game progress and settings are stored as a “saved game” in your Google account, with a date and short description, and loaded back to your device when needed. It is stored by Google, not on a server of mine.
- Legal basis: providing the feature you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The games work fully without signing in, just without cloud backup.
- You can delete saved games in the Google Play Games app or your Google account. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Ads (Google AdMob)
The games and the free version of Wisch & Weg show ads via Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited). Google may collect your IP address (and from it an approximate location), the device advertising ID, device and usage information, interactions with the app and ads, and diagnostic data, for serving and measuring ads, analytics and fraud prevention.
On first launch the apps ask for your consent to personalised ads through Google's User Messaging Platform (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can change your choice at any time in the app's settings under ad privacy settings. Without consent, non-personalised ads are shown where possible. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can reset or delete the advertising ID in Android settings under Privacy → Ads.
6. “Remove ads” purchase
A one-time purchase through Google Play removes the ads. Google handles the payment; I receive no payment data. The app only asks Google Play whether your account owns the purchase so it still applies after reinstalling. After purchase the app neither shows nor loads ads.

Photos and videos: the app needs access to the photos and videos on your device to sort them. All photos and videos are processed only on your device – nothing is uploaded or shared with me or anyone else. This includes detecting duplicate and blurry photos and location details in photo metadata. Photos you sort out are moved to the Android trash only after you confirm, and can be restored there for 30 days.
Sorting decisions, points, levels, badges and settings are stored locally only. The free version shows ads (section 5); the Pro version has no ads and makes no internet connection.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Since I store no personal data from the apps myself, please also contact Google about ads or Google Play Games.
